4 februari 2010 - TU/e would like the FOM Institute for Plasma Physics Rijnhuizen to settle in Eindhoven. FOM is looking for a new location and has indicated that it demands a good location and a significant contribution to the removal costs by way of dowry. Before 13 February TU/e will submit its bid to the FOM management, which will decide on 11 May. Twente and Delft are among the competitors. The general universities have also shown an interest, since energy is a popular research subject.
