This week ‘s photographer: Yoran Brondsema (21), a Master student of Embedded Systems

When taken?
During a holiday in the United States in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

What do we see?
You see a girl from the Amish community in a carriage. The people from this community still live like they used to in the 18th and 19th centuries. For one, they ride in carriages and generate electricity themselves.

Why taken?
It is an unusual picture to see such a carriage moving among the cars. In addition, this picture really shows that you also just need a bit of luck to make a good photo: if the girl had not looked around, the photo would not have been so pretty by a long chalk. (HB)
