Food shopping tour of Den Bosch

Holland Expat Services (HES) provides personal coaching for expats in the southern Netherlands. You can turn to this organization with questions about permits, housing, schools, sports clubs and health. HES was founded in January 2011 and is now organizing its first two activities: food shopping and the workshop ‘get to know the Dutch through their food.’

Karin Menk is the founder of the organization. “Although we do not at first instance focus on the organization of events, it seemed interesting to us to find out if there is a lot of interest in this. The first workshop has a light approach, and in the future we may be organizing workshops about items such as politics or health.”
Food Shopping will take place on Friday June 24. “We shall be visiting a biological farmers’ market and shall be dropping in on a number of authentic Dutch food stores.” The costs for this activity are 69.50 euro including coffee, Bossche Bol and lunch.
