When taken?
During a laser shooting game with colleagues at Laser Quest in Eindhoven. It was one of the social events that we OOTIs organize occasionally, to get the stress from work temporarily off of our shoulders.

What do we see?
This picture captures a moment of the laser game. The game is played with up to eighteen other players, split into two teams, running around in a maze/game room, trying to gather points by shooting at the opponent’s team members. Your weapon is a special crossed laser gun and your vest is the target for others. You’re accompanied by music, smoke and flickering lights, which makes the atmosphere inside the stage intense.

Why this picture?
It’s an excellent portrayal of how we OOTIs appreciate and practice teamwork. One can see how we’re trained to face and solve challenges together, as a team, watching each other’s back and working towards the same goal.
