21 januari 2010 - A 23-year-old student of Mechanical Engineering at TU/e was found dead in his dwelling, one of the space boxes in the university grounds, on 12 January. The student appeared to have died several days before that date. Later that day the administration of the Mechanical Engineering Department informed all students and employees via e-mail. Operational Manager ir. Alfons Bruekers describes the reactions to the news as ‘shocked, scared, warm and sympathetic’.(MvdV)
