Eindhoven in the eye of Chinese students
10 december 2009 - In cooperation with the Confucius Institute in The Hague the Chinese student association (CSA) held the Night of the Confucius Institute on Friday December 4. A show with traditional dance, singing, kung fu, painting and music, brought by the Folk Music Orchestra of Jiaotong University in Beijing and dancers of the CSA in Eindhoven.

TU/e presents first digital work of art
10 december 2009 - The first digital work of art that TU/e has acquired during its existence was presented in the Hoofdgebouw on Thursday afternoon December 3. It is the video production entitled ‘Eindhoven’ by the Polish/ Swedish artist Mateusz Herczka. Over the next couple of months the film will be shown every day during office hours at Beeldbank, the projection screen next to the ATM in the hall of the Hoofdgebouw.
